- Suburb, state, and postcode for location-based matching
- Australian Business Number (ABN) for Pro verification
- Payment details processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store card numbers)
- Messages sent between users through the platform
- Reviews and ratings left after completed bookings
- Device information and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Operate and improve the Knockr platform
- Match customers with relevant local Pros
- Process payments and hold funds in escrow
- Send transactional emails and notifications
- Respond to support requests and resolve disputes
- Comply with our legal obligations under Australian law

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
